 onsigned ahead will be posted here prior to the sale. Consig
 nments will show in numerical order and  are open for pre-b
 idding/absentee bidding as soon as they are posted! Go ahead
  and get yourself registered to bid online if you can't atte
 nd in person! Pre-Bidding/Absentee Bidding is open to you a
 s soon as a horse is posted. This works much like ebay - you
  can place your maximum bid and then let the computer do all
  the work for you! The computer will set you in at the lowes
 t bid amount allowed and then bid on your behalf by incremen
 ts as needed when other bids are placed. This is a useful op
 tion if you will be in an area with poor internet/cell servi
 ce on sale day\, if you will be unable to watch live on sale 
 day for any reason\, or if you just find the pressure of a re
 al time auction to be overwhelming.  ALTERNATIVELY..... Wat
 ch & Bid LIVE on Sale Day! Once we start the horses on sale
  day\, our webcast will go live. You'll have real time video/
 audio available and bid buttons. Make sure you are registere
 d to bid AND logged in so you will be able to bid when your 
 favorite horse comes in!  I WON!  Now what?  If you are 
 a winning bidder\, a member of our office team will contact y
 ou shortly to confirm your preferred payment method and pick
  up arrangements. If you need to reach us immediately\, pleas
 e call Victoria Shuffler at (828) 368-1263. While you do hav
 e to register to bid with a debit or credit card\, you WILL N
 OT PAY WITH THAT CARD! You will be contacted by an office st
 aff member to give you the wire transfer information! All wi
 re transfers must be paid by Monday\, October 23rd at 12pm! Y
 ou are welcome to pay cash or check (ONLY IF YOU HAVE A BANK
  LETTER OF CREDIT) at pick up as long as you are picking up 
 no later than NOON on SUNDAY. All purchases must be paid for
  in full by Noon on Sunday if you are not doing a wire trans
 fer if you are doing a wire transfer you have until Monday O
 ctober 23rd at 12pm!. If you need to layover board your hors
 e while arranging transport\, this can be arranged with the s
 ale office. Board fees per day do apply after Sunday. ***Ple
 ase Note when you register to bid\, you will need to enter a
  credit or debit card and Horse Auctions USA will run an aut
 horization to validate that card. This authorization WILL FA
 LL OFF\, much like when you reserve a car or hotel room. We D
 O NOT charge your card but it is likely that your bank will 
 send you a notification of the authorization. Don't be alarm
 ed - it is NOT a charge\, just an authorization.   If you
