 Bidder Information Below  WELCOME to our online catalog & 
 bidding site! Horses\, ponies\, donkeys\, and mules that are co
 nsigned ahead will be posted here prior to the sale. Consign
 ments will show in random order until the selling order is a
 ssigned on sale week but they are open for pre-bidding/absen
 tee bidding as soon as they are posted! Go ahead and get you
 rself registered to bid online if you can't attend in person
 ! Pre-Bidding/Absentee Bidding is open to you as soon as a 
 horse is posted. This works much like ebay - you can place y
 our maximum bid and then let the computer do all the work fo
 r you! The computer will set you in at the lowest bid amount
  allowed and then bid on your behalf by increments as needed
  when other bids are placed. This is a useful option if you 
 will be in an area with poor internet/cell service on sale d
 ay\, if you will be unable to watch live on sale day for any 
 reason\, or if you just find the pressure of a real time auct
 ion to be overwhelming.  ALTERNATIVELY..... Watch & Bid LIV
 E on Sale Day! Once we start the horses on sale day\, our we
 bcast will go live. You'll have real time video/audio availa
 ble and bid buttons. Make sure you are registered to bid AND
  logged in so you will be able to bid when your favorite hor
 se comes in!  I WON!  Now what?  If you are a winning bi
 dder\, please call the sale barn office at 423-457-6271. Whil
 e you do have to register to bid with a debit or credit card
 \, you DO NOT have to pay with that card! You are welcome to 
 pay cash at pick up as long as you are picking up no later t
 han 11am on Sunday all horses must be picked up by Sunday @ 
 Noon.  If you need to layover board your horse while arran
 ging transport\, this can be arranged with the sale office. B
 oard fees per day do apply after Sunday. ***Please Note whe
 n you register to bid\, you will need to enter a credit or de
 bit card and Horse Auctions USA will run an authorization fo
 r $500 to validate that card. This authorization WILL FALL O
 FF\, much like when you reserve a car or hotel room. We DO NO
 T charge your card but it is likely that your bank will send
  you a notification of the authorization. Don't be alarmed -
  it is NOT a charge\, just an authorization. It will put a t
 emporary hold on and then that hold will vanish like it was 
 never there. This will typically show up as a "pending" char
 ge in your mobile banking. It never completes\, just goes awa
 y.
