  you can place absentee bids ebay style! At sale time\, you'l
 l have REAL TIME video & audio and bid buttons available to 
 you and you can join us from anywhere in the world with a re
 liable internet or cellular connection! Early absentee biddi
 ng is available to you now \, yes even before the sale order 
 is finalized! This works much like ebay for those of you fam
 iliar with that. You can place your maximum bid ahead of tim
 e and the computer will then act as your agent at sale time\,
  bidding on your behalf by minimum increments to keep you in
  the lead. This option is useful for those of you with poor 
 internet/cell service at home\, those who are unable to watch
  live for any reason\, and also for you folks who find the fa
 st pace of a live auction to be intimidating. PLEASE NOTE th
 at if you place an early absentee bid and that animal comes 
 into the ring with an announcement that changes the informat
 ion that was available to you when you placed your bid (i.e.
  the horse cribs but that was not disclosed in the listing) 
 we will NOT honor your pre-bid for your protection. We want 
 you to bid with the most accurate information available! For
  those of you who prefer to watch and bid live\, you’ll hav
 e real time audio/video available to you at sale time! Make 
 sure you have registered to bid\, are logged in\, and then hit
  the “View Live” button on the live feed (that "play" bu
 tton will appear on sale day)! You’ll be good to go and ca
 n participate just as if you were here in person! For those 
 of you using an iPhone or iPad\, we do recommend downloading 
 the Horse Auctions USA app for the best bidding experience! 
 It is available FREE to download from the App Store! If you 
 have an Android phone or prefer to use your computer\, use ou
 r website by typing bid.horseauctionsusa.com in your brows
 er. We do recommend using the Google Chrome browser as it te
 nds to be the most up to date but the site will work in most
  browsers. You will need to register with a credit/debit car
 d in order to bid online. Click "Register to Bid" under any 
 horse listed in the auction or on the auction's practice lot
 . This will populate a pop up window. If you've never had an
  account with Horse Auctions USA\, at the bottom of that wind
 ow click on "No Account? Sign up here" then follow the promp
 ts. Please note that a pre-authorization for $1000 will be p
 laced on your registered card. This is NOT a charge\, just an
  authorization to verify you are indeed a real person with a
  real card and is a good faith hold to allow you to bid. You
 r mobile banking app may send a notification that looks like
  a charge - AGAIN\, this is not a charge. It will show as pen
 ding and then fall off like it was never there once the sale
  is complete and any purchases you have made are paid for. Y
 ou DO NOT have to pay for your purchases with this card – 
 cash or check at pick up is perfectly acceptable! Please be 
 advised that there is a 4% processing fee on all card paymen
 ts. Winning bidders will be contacted by a member of the sal
 es office team. PLEASE NOTE that it gets very hectic in the 
 office and just because you are done bidding for the day doe
 sn't mean the sale is done. A member of our staff will call 
 you but it is possible it will be AFTER the sale has ended.
