ONLINE BIDDERS!!!!
You may place prebids prior to the start of the sale. Prebidding/Early Absentee Bidding becomes available to you well before sale day!
This is a useful feature if you will be unable to watch live on sale day, have poor cell service/internet connectivity, or just prefer to bid in a relaxed manner without the pressure of a live auction. Pre-bidding works just like eBay! You'll place your maximum bid then sit back and let the computer do the work for you! The computer will only raise your bid incrementally as needed to keep you in the winning position!
PLEASE NOTE that if a horse comes into the ring and an announcement is made or something is visible that was not disclosed in the information that was available to you ahead of time (i.e. -new findings from pre-sale vet check, horse is visibly lame, was injured on the trailer, has a large scar that wasn't mentioned, etc) and there are prebids placed on that horse, we WILL NOT honor those prebids for your protection. We want you to bid with confidence and the most accurate information available. No need to send you an unwelcome surprise!
You can increase your maximum bid if needed at any time!
Live Bidding on Sale Day
When we go live at sale time, you can watch in real time with NO delay and bid right from your smart phone or computer, just as if you were with us in person! You'll have real time video & audio with bid buttons so you can bid right along with the folks who are there in person!
Set yourself up for success when live bidding! MAKE SURE you are participating from a device that has a strong internet or cellular signal! While there are no delays on our end, we cannot control delays on yours if you are in poor service!
TWO WAYS to bid online! For the best bidding experience, we recommend downloading the Horse Auctions USA app which is available for both iPhone and Android on the Apple & Google Play Stores. Just search "Horse Auctions USA" and download free! You can set your app to send you instant "outbid" notifications and other important announcements! It is easy to use and works perfectly for folks on the go!
Alternatively, you can bid from your computer.
We recommend using Google Chrome however, the bidding platform works on almost every browser out there so if you have a strong preference for something other than Chrome, you'll be just fine!
PLEASE NOTE:
You will need to use a valid debit or credit card to register for online bidding.
Your card WILL NOT be charged upon registration, but it will be authorized with a $1000 preauthorization to be sure it is valid. Some mobile banking apps will send you a notification that looks like a charge. DON'T PANIC! We ARE NOT charging you to register as an online bidder - just making sure you are a real person with a working card. This is an unfortunate necessity in this day and time. That preauthorization will NEVER COMPLETE and will fall off like it was never there. It IS NOT a charge! We remove the authorization immediately on our end at the completion of the sale and when you have made final payment for winning bids. When it officially falls off on your end is entirely dependent on your bank. You do NOT have to use the card you register with for final payment of winning bids and final payment will need to be made directly to Western Colorado Select Equine Sale by cash, check accompanied by a verification of funds letter from your bank, or card.

TERMS OF SERVICE
TERMS & CONDITIONS - INTERNET AUCTION PURCHASE CONTRACT
Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC.
PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE CONDITIONS OF SALE BEFORE BIDDING.
You will be bound by these Conditions whether or not you have read them.
1. AGREEMENT: a) I represent and agree that I am of legal age to form a binding contract. b) I (hereinafter, referred to as Buyer) agree to these terms and conditions, and swear that all the information furnished is true and correct. c) Buyer agrees to be responsible for any purchase made or actions taken by an Agent authorized by me to act on my behalf, d) Buyer agrees that this registration to bid is not assignable without proper documentation .e) Buyer agrees to make any sale transaction for this entry through Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC. f). Buyer agrees that if they have the winning, final bid, or accepted bid in auction subject to Seller Confirmation, the Buyer has entered into a binding agreement to purchase the horse.
2. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: By placing a bid in this auction Buyer is indicating they have examined or researched a horse to their satisfaction. PRIOR to Bidding, Buyers may a) ask Seller for additional information, b) make an appointment with Seller to examine the horse at Seller's property, c) arrange with Seller to have a veterinarian perform a pre-purchase examination, or d) hire an agent or equine professional to inspect and evaluate the horse.
3. REPRESENTATION OF HORSE: Seller is responsible for the correct representation of this entry in the entry form, including the description, disclosure form, horse information, riding and training sections of this submission, as well as in communication with potential or eventual buyers. Some representations on disposition and handling are the opinion of the Seller and given only as an indication of the horse's capability. Buyer should inspect, examine and research horse to their satisfaction. Seller is responsible for disclosing the following conditions, which must be stated in the online catalog, if this entry is a cribber, weaver, is unsound of eyes or wind, has a parrot mouth, is a cryptorchid or ridgling, has had major surgery or a serious illness, has been nerved or has a lameness due to navicular disorder, ringbone, osteoarthritis, founder prior to the sale or other bone abnormality or neurological disorder including, but not limited to, EPM or wobbles. Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information that appears in the online sale catalog and previews. Buyer agrees to hold Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC and Horse Auctions USA harmless from any claims arising out of any such inaccuracies or omissions.
4.1 NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES: There is no warranty expressed or implied by the sales company, sponsors, or Seller, as to the performing soundness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any horse offered in this sale, other than those made specifically by the Seller. Except as stated in Condition 4.1, ALL HORSES ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS AND DEFECTS. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REPRESENTATION OF THE HORSE LIES BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.
5. All winning Online Bids will incur a 4% Online Buyer's Premium.
6. Online Bidders understand that upon registration as an online bidder, Horse Auctions USA will place a $1000 pre-authorization on the bidder's registered credit or debit card. This pre-authorization is released at the conclusion of the auction and once final payment has been made directly to Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC for any winning bids. If for any reason you as a winning bidder fail to make final payment to the auction company before the open of business on Monday, you understand that Horse Auctions USA will finalize the $1000 preauthorization and remit it to the auction company to be applied to your bill. Further, you understand that Horse Auctions USA will charge your registered card for the full amount due to the auction company for your winning bids. BID RESPONSIBLY and remember, your bid is a legally binding contract! You are responsible for your winning bids.
REFUND POLICY
Return Policy
All horses sold through Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC. are sold as is. Its buyer/seller whom are responsible for any returns.

Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC. , Horse Auctions USA, the Auctioneers and clerks do not act for or represent the Buyer or Seller (Owner/Consignor), but merely provide a medium for bringing together the Buyer and Seller for the purpose of sales transactions. Western Colorado Select Equine Sale LLC. sales personnel assume no responsibility whatsoever to anyone for blemishes, defects, the physical condition or suitability or health of any horse and make no warranties or representations of any kind in the sale. The Owner/Consignor hereby specifically waives all implied warranties of fitness and merchantability. ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPRESENTATIONS LIES BETWEEN THE OWNER/CONSIGNOR AND THE BUYER. Any and all written or verbal health, medical and legal representations are made solely by or on behalf of Owner/Consignor
