We are excited to now bring you an online catalog monthly of horses, ponies, mules, and donkeys consigned to the sale! Consigned animals will sell in numerical order and those consigned ahead will SELL FIRST.   Here on this online bidding platform, you can watch and bid live just as you are here with us in person. However, you will now have listings available to you ahead of time, you’ll know their hip number and the order they will sell in. This will make it easier for our online bidders to participate and hopefully get the horse(s) they have their eyes on! As soon as a horse, pony, mule, or donkey is posted, early absentee bidding becomes available to you! This works much like ebay for those of you familiar with that. You can place your maximum bid ahead of time and the computer will then act as your agent at sale time, bidding on your behalf by minimum increments to keep you in the lead. This option is useful for those of you with poor internet/cell service at home, those who are unable to watch live for any reason, and also for you folks who find the fast pace of a live auction to be intimidating. PLEASE NOTE that if you place an early absentee bid and that animal comes into the ring with an announcement that changes the information that was available to you when you placed your bid (i.e. the horse cribs but that was not disclosed in the listing) we will NOT honor your pre-bid for your protection. We want you to bid with the most accurate information available!   For those of you who prefer to watch and bid live, you’ll have real time audio/video available to you at sale time! Make sure you have registered to bid, are logged in, and then hit the “Play” button on the live feed!  You’ll be good to go and can participate just as if you were here in person!   For those of you using a mobile device, we do recommend downloading the Horse Auctions USA app for the best bidding experience! It is available FREE to download from the Google Play and App Stores!  If you prefer to use your browser, we do recommend using Google Chrome   You will need to register with a credit/debit card in order to bid online. Please note that a pre-authorization for $500 will be placed on your registered card. This is NOT a charge, just an authorization to verify you are indeed a real person with a real card and is a good faith hold to allow you to bid. This authorization will fall off once the sale is complete and any purchases you have made are paid for. Horses that are consigned ahead will be posted here prior to the sale. Consignments will show in numerical order and  are open for pre-bidding/absentee bidding as soon as they are posted! Go ahead and get yourself registered to bid online if you can't attend in person! Pre-Bidding/Absentee Bidding is open to you as soon as a horse is posted. This works much like ebay - you can place your maximum bid and then let the computer do all the work for you! The computer will set you in at the lowest bid amount allowed and then bid on your behalf by increments as needed when other bids are placed. This is a useful option if you will be in an area with poor internet/cell service on sale day, if you will be unable to watch live on sale day for any reason, or if you just find the pressure of a real time auction to be overwhelming.  ALTERNATIVELY..... Watch & Bid LIVE on Sale Day! Once we start the horses on sale day, our webcast will go live. You'll have real time video/audio available and bid buttons. You will be contacted by an office staff member to give you the wire transfer information! All wire transfers must be paid by Monday, October 23rd at 12pm! You are welcome to pay cash or check (ONLY IF YOU HAVE A BANK LETTER OF CREDIT) at pick up as long as you are picking up no later than NOON on SUNDAY. All purchases must be paid for in full by Noon on Sunday if you are not doing a wire transfer if you are doing a wire transfer you have until Monday October 23rd at 12pm!. If you need to layover board your horse while arranging transport, this can be arranged with the sale office. Board fees per day do apply after Sunday. ***Please Note when you register to bid, you will need to enter a credit or debit card and Horse Auctions USA will run an authorization to validate that card. This authorization WILL FALL OFF, much like when you reserve a car or hotel room. We DO NOT charge your card but it is likely that your bank will send you a notification of the authorization.
